Refund Policy
In the event that a player is unable to find a team a reimbursement of the team fee will be sent to the player in full.
In the event that a player is injured within the first four weeks of the season a 75% refund will be reimbursed to the injured player.
ACMBL does not allow player refunds. In the event that a refund is requested from a player for any reason other than listed above, NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE. Team fees cover fields, umpires, and insurance which are considered team costs. These fees are collected before opening day as a TEAM FEE. Team fees are disbursed to the county, city, insurance company, and supplies needed before opening day.
If a FULL team wants a refund of the fee BEFORE WEEK 4 , fields and umpire fees will be reimbursed. The whole team fee will NOT be fully refunded.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ADMINISTERED AFTER WEEK 4.
TEAM FEES WILL BE SUBMITTED BEFORE OPENING DAY. ONCE FEES ARE SUBMITTED NO REFUNDS WILL BE REIMBURSED DUE TO PERSONAL INCONVENIENCES NOT ALLOWING PLAYERS TO PLAY THE FULL SEASON.
